Lay bike on right side, remove bolt and install tube thingy. remove fill cap. put bike on kick stand and let oil drain out. re-install drain plug and remove check bolt. put bike on level stand. Add 600ml tranny oil. slowly add more oil until it comes out check hole.

Hi, I have a ktm duke 125 that I bought a few weeks ago. I picked the bike up with a known fault of not being able to engage any gear. I knew that it would probably need an engine strip down. Long story short, some of the piston had broken and a fragment was stuck in the gears. Cleared it all out and replaced the piston.

Hi, I've just done the 20 000 km service on my 2013 KTM Duke 690 last week-end at my KTM dealer. The dealer have changed all the fluid (clutch, brake, oil) and they replace my rear brake pads. The bike run like a charm ! On the 10 000 km service, last year, they put Motorex Cross Power 4T Engine Oil 10W60 in the bike.
